We were a bit skeptical that it would actually be good, but it had finally stopped raining and things were looking up. There was a small rainstorm the morning of new years eve, so work was canceled--annoying to miss another day, but it meant that we could go into town (Coffs Harbor) which we don't get to do that often.
Spent the rest of the day hanging out at the caravan park with some of the other pickers and then went out to the local pub with them to celebrate midnight and the new year (see pictures below)! The band was pretty good and played a lot of fun covers.
